Domportal

The Domportal App is used by Care Staff who will visit service users (e.g. elderly person) home and deliver planned care services. The app gives information to Care staff about the service user details, home address and list of agreed care activities that needs to be carried out. The care staff will record all care visit notes in the app and use it to communicate back to care managers.
The care manager will mainly use the desktop browser to access the CareCloud application for care planning and staff scheduling purposes. The care manager will be use the IOS app to track care visits, when not in front of a desktop computer/laptop.
The app will also be used by Service Users and their Care Circle (family, friends, doctors etc.) to keep track of care service delivered by the care staff, and communicate with the care providers.
